Relaxing yet entertaining, where you can enjoy a drink, great sounds and an utterly incredible meal in surroundings that are luxurious yet comfortable and genuinely welcoming.
Welcome to Fridays at The Broughton, and a night of chilled music, cocktails and irresistible food.
The sounds come courtesy of our resident house DJ Ollie Birch-Hampson who has mastered the art of creating just the right Friday night atmosphere from around 6.30 till late with a perfect blend of listening pleasure, from electronic and house to disco to kick off your weekend.
Dress up and prepare to be part of a truly inspirational dining occasion. Where you’re promised a selection of wonderful dishes and innovative flavours, each one individually created with remarkable culinary artistry by our hugely talented team of chefs.
Seeing as it’s Friday, let’s start with something from the cocktail menu. It would be rude not to.
Try Faith in Paloma made with pink grapefruit, grapefruit soda, agave, watermelon, lime and tequila.
Or what about our Popcorn Old Fashioned? A winning combination of popcorn syrup, maple, orange bitters and bourbon.
Or indulge in our Signature Pornstar Martini with strawberry, peach, pineapple, lemon, vanilla, vodka and rose prosecco.
For starters it might be Warm Rosemary & Garlic Focaccia, with extra virgin olive oil, balsamic and sea salt whipped butter.
Or try Tempura Sweet Potato, with chilli watermelon, toasted peanuts and peanut sauce.
Or Confit Duck & Cucumber Sushi Roll, with pickled daikon and hoi sin mayonnaise.
Sea Bass & King Prawn Red Thai Curry, with jasmine rice, mixed pepper and onion.
Yakitori Chicken & Green Onion Skewer, with sticky coconut rice, Asian dressed salad and sweet soy sauce.
Why not end the week in grand chargrilled style? Our Chateaubriand is rubbed with Arabica coffee and charcoal. Served with grilled bone marrow with garlic & herb glaze confit carrots in five spice, honey buttered kale, roasted cherry vine tomatoes, baked field mushrooms, fried beef dripping potatoes & brown butter béarnaise.
Our chargrill menu dishes are served with either seasoned fries or chunky chips.
From the desserts menu.
How does Chocolate & Salted Caramel Tart sound, with passion fruit sorbet and mango & passion fruit sauce. Or maybe Strawberry Shortcake Choux Bun, with strawberry purée, Chantilly cream, Biscoff and strawberry sorbet.
We could go on, but why not take a look at our full online menu. Then you’ll be hooked. So why not start your weekend with a little magic and book a table?
